Will Sales Tax be applied?
Sales tax is assessed only for the state of Maryland and is automatically calculated into your order if you order from Maryland.

Can I place an order offline?
We offer a secure shopping cart. However, if you would prefer ordering by mail using an order form, simply enter the items you wish to purchase into the shopping cart, print out the shopping cart page, fill in your address and mail it along with your check or money order.
What is your Returns Policy?
Because of the nature of the needlework business and copyrights I am reluctant to accept returns on kits and books. However, I want all of my customers to be satisfied so please call or e-mail with a problem. I am also happy to advise on the difficulty of a particular kit before you purchase it!
