Indienne de Coquecigrues
This cross stitch pattern chart represents a famous toile de Jouy called "Coquecigrues," a fantasy animal supposed to be formed of a cockerel, a crane and a stork. These floral motif fabrics are called indiennes or chintz and are less well-known than the character Jouy prints.
This full color pattern chart is printed on two large sheets of paper. The motif is repetitive and can be embroidered as many times as you wish.
Dimension of the motif: 210 x 144 points..
To respect the spirit of the original indiennes clothes, we recommend you sew this motif on the Sajou off white or mustard colored linen.
It is presented in a Sajou folder.
You may use your own colors or pruchase a pack of the fifteen Retors du Nord embroidery floss for this chart separately in the drop down menu.
