This color coordinated "Discovery" pack includes five different Au Ver à Soie fibers:
- 5 meters of 7 stranded Soie d'alger, generally used as classic stranded embroidery floss, one or more strands
- 16 meters of 3 twisted stranded Soie Perlee Brilliant fiber, perfect for 30 or 36 count linen, also for surface embroidery., hardanger, even miniature crochet
- 10 meters of Tresse #4 metallic for any shiney needlework, used alone or combined with other fibers.
- 100 meters of Surfine silk, 2 stranded, super fine for miniature embroidery, silk gauze, lace, etc.
- 50 meters Soie gobelins 2 tightly twisted strands, raw silk.
